Prevent Stress As Early As Possible

Problems that accumulate, stressful jobs, or breakups, can unwittingly cause long-term effects on our bodies and souls. Especially if it's not stress. Feelings of stress are often the enemy in a blanket. Those feelings come on suddenly and are often difficult to control. But if not stress can trigger the onset of various types of diseases later.

Some of the most people get are heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke. Like an umbrella before it rains, it is very good to avoid stress in the following ways:

Positive Energy
Put out positive energy in your din by always thinking positively and optimistically in the face of every problem. Be aware that in every problem there must be a way out. Also, don't be too your own din. Know that every plan that has been made is not necessarily certain to be achieved because of obstacles. Be more flexible so that you can enjoy life more.

Control emotions
The way to control emotions is to drink plenty of water when on the verge of anger. Water can calm emotions and help you think more clearly. Unnecessary excessive emotions can actually be a stressor. Be more patient and think more broadly in order to understand each problem clearly.

• Take a break for a moment
Take a little time to rest. Use the weekend well and maximally to get your own din and out and routine. Getting together with family or friends can be a great way to foster positive energy and new passion.

Maintaining health
In a healthy body there is a healthy soul. So, take care of your body's health with regular exercise, adequate sleep, and eating a balanced nutritious diet. Exercise can stimulate the release of endorphins, which are substances that make the body feel comfortable, so people who exercise regularly usually seem healthy and happy. Regular exercise should also be supported by a good diet and rest.

Open
Don't take matters into your own way. As the saying goes, that's what friends are for. By sharing the story at least the burden feels more ningan and does not settle continuously in the mind.

Increase The Sense of Humor Clinically
Humor can be used to deal with stress. Now in Indonesia has appeared groups of groups who do laughing therapy. Usually done by a group of people at least 5 people for 5 to 10 minutes. Humor needs to be done so that the nerves are not too tense and the body gets relaxation even though the love is good.
